The Headwaters Eco Lodge is the perfect place to spend a Sunday, with breathtaking mountain views, the freshest-of-fresh ingredients and a delectable brunch menu crafted by our incredible chefs. Enjoy a relaxing morning in The Dining Room, with unlimited filter coffee and a selection of teas plus a stunning array of options for your buffet brunch. This food is replenished throughout the morning on a regular basis ensuring that you can enjoy fresh hot food .

Then explore the lodge's grounds, take a walk around the Glenorchy lagoon and take in the fresh clean mountain air at the famous Red Wharf Shed.

Eggs Benedict, Royale & Florentine

French Toast or Pancakes

Bacon & Sausages

Plus two seasonal rotating dishes crafted by our chefs. Food is replenished regularly throughout each sitting to ensure fresh, hot options are always available.

60-minute sittings to choose from:

11:00am – 12:00pm

11:30am – 12:30pm

12:00pm – 1:00pm

Changes & Cancellations:

The Dining Room at The Headwater’s Eco lodge is situated in a remote location and any changes and cancellations affect us greatly. Whilst we try to accommodate these as much as possible, there are costs incurred with sourcing food, preparation, and staffing which we are unable to defer at late notice.

Guests may change or cancel a brunch reservation up to 24 hours before the dining booking without any penalty. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

Any special dietary needs must be communicated in advance. We’ll confirm a suitable option with you ahead of time. Please note: no cooked-to-order meals or direct requests to the chef on the day
