Yoga at The Headwaters Eco Lodge

Join us for guided yoga sessions in the serene Humboldt Room, offered most mornings and one evening a week.

No need to book in advance-please just turn up at least five minutes before the class start time.

Monthly schedule is displayed at the Headwaters Glenorchy Eco Lodge reception or call 034090401 to double check availability on a certain day.

Yoga mats and gear provided.
